1. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, purchases are generally non-refundable once files have been downloaded or accessed.

  • Access to the files may begin immediately.

  • The statutory right to cancel may be lost once download access begins.

2. Waiver of Right to Withdraw

By completing the purchase and commencing any download, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The digital content will be made available immediately after purchase.

  • They consent to the immediate supply of digital content.

  • They understand that once the download or access to the digital content begins, their statutory right to withdraw from the contract during the 14-day cooling-off period will be lost.

  • They will not be entitled to a refund, cancellation or exchange once the digital content has been downloaded, accessed or supplied.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Files

If a customer receives:

  • Corrupted files

  • Incorrect files

  • Incomplete downloads

  • Technical delivery issues

please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

Where appropriate, replacement files may be provided.

4. Custom Products

Custom-made products and bespoke services are non-refundable once production work has commenced.

This includes:

  • Exclusive arrangements

  • Personalised productions

  • Lyric videos

  • Custom edits

5. Exceptional Circumstances
