  • Guide vocals
  • Custom arrangements
  • Lyric/chord sheets
  • OnSong compatible resources
  • Custom production services

All products are supplied digitally.

3. Permitted Usage

Unless otherwise stated, standard backing track purchases permit:

  • Live performances
  • Weddings and events
  • Social media performances
  • Acoustic residencies
  • Personal rehearsal use

Customers may not:

  • Resell tracks
  • Redistribute tracks
  • Share files publicly
  • Upload isolated tracks for download
  • Claim ownership of the recordings
  • Commercially release the recordings without appropriate licensing

4. Commercial Release Restrictions

Standard purchases do not include commercial release rights.

Customers wishing to:

  • Release recordings to streaming platforms
  • Monetise recordings commercially
  • Use tracks in commercial media

must obtain appropriate permissions and licences.

Custom exclusive packages may include separate commercial release agreements where stated.

5. Copyright

All recordings, arrangements, audio files, graphics, text and branding remain the intellectual property of Acoustic Backs And Tracks unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a product grants a limited licence of use and does not transfer copyright ownership.

6. Custom Work

Custom productions are created based on customer specifications.

Production timelines may vary depending on:

  • Complexity
  • Revisions
  • Scheduling
  • Customer response times

AB&T reserves the right to decline requests that may infringe copyright or fall outside reasonable scope.

7. Download Access

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing purchased files.

AB&T cannot guarantee indefinite hosting availability, although reasonable efforts will be made to assist customers with previous purchases where possible.

8. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without notice.

Taxes, VAT or regional charges may apply depending on customer location.

9. Limitation of Liability

AB&T shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Technical incompatibility
  • Internet service interruptions
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Improper use of downloaded products

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount of the relevant order.
